Fixed in [3432]. The emoticon drop-down in the toolbar was displaying incorrect emoticon choices. While I thought I was using Standard emoticons, the style default was actually Text Only. With this fix, if you change the style's emoticon set to something other than Text Only, the emoticons should display. If it doesn't update right away, type /reload style.

As of [3410], all these styles(including Third-Party) do not have emoticons working:
Blak, Bland, DecafBland?, Frugal, Lancia, Lohan, Novel, Red Nine, Smooth Operator, Synapse, White Bubbling, Bogo.
The styles that DO have emoticons working:
Bubbles, Fiat, Standard.
