Plugins directory is created with wrong case

Description

When run for the first time, ~/Library/Application Support/Colloquy/Plugins directory is created on HFS+ case sensitive disk. Funnily enough, the application itself looks for plugins in PlugIns? directory - the difference is 'I' vs 'i'.

I consider this a bug.
