Cmd-J server selection

Reported by: mers Assigned to: timothy
Priority: normal Component: Colloquy (GUI)
Version: Latest 2.1 Severity: normal
Keywords: join room dialog Cc:

Description (Last modified by Rinoa)

It would be nice if pressing Mac-J to join a room would autoselect the first connected network instead of the first network in the list.

If you have no window open, and the connections window isn't open, Cmd+J seems to randomly select a server. It should select the first connected server in the list.

Tested on [3386]. We currently do this. If you have the Connections window open and have no server selected, it will auto-select the first connected server. If you press cmd+J with a server selected, it will auto-select that server. If you are in a room when you press cmd+J, the server of that room is selected.

That is what it is supposed to do. If this does not work in the latest version (current is 11/12/2006) for you, feel free to re-open this ticket.

I'm going to re-open, found out how to duplicate the problem.

If you have no window open, and the connections window isn't open, the Cmd+J seems to randomly select a server. For me, it selected one that wasn't connected, but also not the first in the list.
