grab the sysinfo script from the extras page and try to use it

/sysinfo works for me. What system are you running? sysinfo doesn't work on macbook's and macbook pro's yet, I don't think. It also won't work on pirated PC's. The scripts are NOT made and maintained by the Colloquy developers, they are user made and need to be user maintained. If you come into the channel, or know an applescripter, you can see about getting someone to get it fixed.
