Console view can not be scrolled without dragging scrollbar.

Description

In the latest svn (date of this ticket, 3215 revision) a Console view can only be scrolled if you drag the scrollbar. Neither the up/down arrow or mouse-wheel work.

Quoth the xenon: "oh, i think i know why. make me a ticket, to remind me?"

Attempted a fix in [3360], but no luck.

update: up/down, page, home/end and 2-finger-scrolling (iscroll extension) all work now, only the mouse wheel doesnt.

actually 2 finger scrolling with iscroll2 is broken again, not sure when this has happened. might also be their fault since i've updated iscroll2 to the extremely buggy 0.26 from 0.25
