#604 closed Enhancement (Fixed)

Description

I would like to have added, the ability to show seconds in the timestamps as an alternative option. Maybe even a howto in the FAQ here for someone to edit the default.xsl document or have it be in a "variant" somehow. (I just can't edit the default.xsl and get the desired results)

thanks

I have done the needed changes. Turns out they were simple and I needed a break after a *long* day.

Here are the changes: (MAKE A BACKUP COPY JUST IN CASE YOU MESS SOMETHING UP)

1) Go to line: 112; it reads as: <xsl:variable name='minute' select='substring($date, 15, 2)' />
2) Make a new line and enter the following: <xsl:variable name='second' select='substring($date, 18, 2)' />
3) Now go to line 133 (old line 132 before the insertion after line 112) and make a new line that reads: <xsl:text>:</xsl:text>
4) Make another new line after that and put this there: <xsl:value-of select="$second" />

and if you wish to add seconds to the 24 hour view, do the following:

5) Change line 117 so it reads: <xsl:value-of select="concat($hour,':',$minute,':',$second)" /> (we only added " ,':',$second " w/o quotes to the end of $minute)

Presto, you now have time-stamps with the seconds added in. You can also go to the lines that have AM and PM in them and insert a space, so AM/PM aren't right up against the time if you wish.
