Add an option to allow waiting before joining channels

Description
When joining channels on connect or when the channel has invite only, you identify after you join usually, therefore you can't join the channel if you don't have a matching hostmask. I suggest having an option in Advanced Behavior, where you can set a time (5 seconds and 10 seconds maybe?) where it joins you after your set time.
