How to Reproduce

While doing a GET operation on /login, Trac issued an internal error.

I opened an issue (http://colloquy.info/project/ticket/3222) and clicked the "Login" link. Then the error appeared.

User Agent was: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_8) AppleWebKit/536.25 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/6.0 Safari/536.25
