Description (last modified by rinoa) (diff)

(21:13:23) paulproteus: Colloquy devs: A user just got thrown off. She entered  irc://irc.freenode.net as the server, and Colloquy failed to connect to irc.freenode.net .
(21:13:44) paulproteus: It may be reasonable to add support for such mistakes, or even just pop a message to the user when what the user enters isn't a valid hostname.

(21:14:30) brion: heh
(21:14:45) brion: no obvious error message

When a user puts  irc://irc.freenode.net as the server, Colloquy should automatically strip the  irc:// portion.
