Description

How to Reproduce

While doing a GET operation on /login, Trac issued an internal error.

I filled out the <http://colloquy.info/project/register> form and clicked "Create account" to create an account with username dbates. After ~30 seconds of waiting for a HTTP response I canceled the page load. I then tried to access <http://colloquy.info/project/login> and login using my credentials and received the "OperationalError?: database is locked" error message.
