I don't actually know if this qualifies as a bug...so forgive me if it does not.

I love your service, but for nearly a week I've been unable to connect to us.undernet.org which is where our mineral collecting chatroom resides! Withdrawl1!!

Make sure SASL is enabled, maybe? It works for me out of the box.
