Two consoles (each opened by one connection on startup) don't work well

I'm using two connections (freenode & quakenet) both of them open a console and connect on startup.
Colloquy focuses the first console (freenode) and all works fine.
The problem is the second one: it will be empty till I click at least once on this console. It does not start collecting the messages/displaying the console messages till the first click occured.
