Description

Colloquy should offer to open channels specified in  irc:// links on an existing connection.
Either by detecting automatically that the server or network specified in the  irc:// link is already connected and opening it on the detected connection.

Or if detection isn't possible, then by offering a list of open connections allowing the user to choose which one to open the channel specified in the  irc:// link on.

Colloquy will already detect if a link you click on is the same as a connection that is already opened and behave as you're asking. It doesn't detect that  irc://irc.freenode.net is the same as  irc://chat.freenode.com though.

Leaving this open as "Colloquy should try and be smart and ask users if the server is the same as one opened if its a close but not exact match"
