Reported by: blackf0rk Owned by: timothy
Component: Colloquy (Mac) Version: 2.2 (Mac)
Severity: Normal Keywords: plugins missing directory

Plugins are instructed to be installed in the "~/Library/Application? Support/Colloquy/PlugIns?" directory, but this directory (specifically the ~/Library/Application? Support/Colloquy/? directory) does not exist for me.

I could be wrong but this question sounds like you may misunderstand POSIX style paths.

The Plugins directory is in:
Home Folder > Library Folder > Application Support > Colloquy Folder

Otherwise if the Plugins directory is simply missing then just create the folder.

  • Resolution set to worksforme
  • Status changed from new to closed

~ symbolizes the home directory(such as mine would be "Rinoa/Library?/etc") and the folders are created on first launch. If the "PlugIns?" or "Styles" directory is still somehow missing inside the Colloquy folder, simply create them and it should work.
