Add ability to sign messages, verify signed messages

Description

One of the nice features of SILC is that you can sign messages using your SILC keypair. In irssi, you an enable this with 

/set sign_channel_messages on

Then clients which have gotten your public key can verify that the message hasn't been altered and that it was sent from a client possessing a particular key.

I depend on this feature for certain uses of SILC, and cannot currently use Colloquy in those cases. I'd like to be able to, however.
