When in the Appearance pane of Colloquy preferences, changes to the default emoticon style are not immediately reflected in the live preview. In order to get the new emoticon selection to appear, the live preview must be forced to refresh by selecting a different default style, then changing back to the original default style.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch Colloquy.
2. Open Preferences.
3. Select 'Appearance'.
4. Change the selection for 'Emoticons:'.
5. Change the selection for 'Default Style:'.
6. Revert the selection for 'Default Style:' to it's original choice.
Expected Results
After performing step 4, the new emoticon style should be reflected in the live preview at the top of the preferences window.
Actual Results
No changes are seen in the live preview after performing step 4. However, the changes can be seen after performing step 6.
Regression
Seen in Colloquy 2.1 (3761) running on Mac OS X 10.5.1 (9B18). Testing on other systems/builds was not performed.
