Nick list tooltip should indicate op/hop/voice status

Description

It's hard to remember the mapping from {red, orange, blue} to {op, half-op, voice}. It would be helpful if the tooltip for each person indicated their status in the channel, along with what it already shows (real name, ident, hostname).
