Pretty Print
Every link mentioned in a chat room is snagged and put into a list accessible via a context menu from the tab/drawer item of the channel or from a user. Hold option while viewing the menu to see the URL's.
Instructions
- Open Terminal.app
- Run the following command, ensuring that you input the right paths for the referenced files.
xsltproc ~/Library/Application Support/Colloquy/PlugIns/PrettyPrint.xsl ~/Documents/Colloquy Transcripts/[transcript.xml] > [output.txt] - Change the [transcript.xml] to actual file.
- Change [output.txt] to what you wish to save the converted file as.
- You can store this script at a location other than the PlugIns folder. Just change the path in step 2 to point to the other location.
- If you save your transcripts in a different folder, you must change the folder in step two to where your transcripts are stored.
- Unzip the file.
- Move the file to
~/Library/Application Support/Colloquy/PlugIns/ - If that folder doesn't exist, create it.
- If this is your first install of the plugin, go to Colloquy and type /reload plugins
- If this is an update of an existing plugin, or if the script fails to load, re-launch Colloquy.
